Do you meal prep? I do. I find when the meals are made, it is so much easier to grab and eat healthier food vs. eating nothing because you are not in the mood to cook (that is so me,) or ordering food because it is easy but not healthier. These Chicken Tenders have 23g of protein and 4g of net carbs. They are also gluten-free and grain-free. Lastly, kid approved by my children.
